Unison Research Unico SE Hybrid Tube Integrated Amplifier w/Phono MM/MC

For your consideration, we have an excellent example of the the Unison Research Unico SE Hybrid Integrated amplifier. The amp is in perfect working order, and very good physical condition. Made in Italy, this well reviewed unit has plenty of power with its solid state mosfet amp section combined with its tube based preamp section. The tubes (12AX7's) tested strong, and sound excellent. The phono preamp is also quite capable, and has setting for both MM and MC cartridges, that are adjusted using jumpers on the phono board. 

The amp came to us in working order. We cleaned the pots and switches, tested the tubes on our Amplitrex AT1000, and set the unit up on our test bench where it performed as it should. 

The four small boards opposite the main filter capacitors come from the factory kind of floating and tied together with hot glue and a rod. The rod had partially come off, so we printed four supports and attached them with small dabs of silicone. They can easily be removed if necessary. There is a picture in the listing showing the supports. 

Physically the amp is very clean both inside and out. There are some small blemishes and light scratches, however there are no dents, dings or deep scratches. Please see the pictures for further details. 

The owner misplaced the original remote that only controls the volume up and volume down on the amp. We sourced a replacement remote that will also control the volume up and volume down functions. 

Included with the Unico SE is a copy of the owner's manual, replacement remote, and AC cord. 

We don't have the original box for this unit, but we take packaging and shipping seriously. We spare no expense, use heavy duty boxes, and polyethylene foam when boxing up our gear for shipping.
