Realistic SCR-4500

Realistic SCR-4500 for sale.  We cleaned and treated all pots and switches with Deoxit. Cassette belt was inspected and is in good order. Tape heads were cleaned and demagnatized. The tuner, line level inputs, phono section, and tape playback are all in good working condition. The only function that is not operating as it should is the recording function. While you are able to set recording levels, after recording a passage, output in the left channel is lower than the right channel. 

The Record Level knob is missing a piece for the right channel. It can be seen in the attached photos. Both left and right recording levels can be adjusted and set for cassette recording purposes. As mentioned though, the recording function is not working properly
