MITCHELL A. COTTER VERION MK-2 TYPE P VERSION MOVING COIL PICKUP TRANSFORMER
I have updated this listing after speaking with the original owner. This is in fact an MK-2 Type P version for low impedance cartridges, 6-30 ohms
The unit itself has MK-1 etched in it, but this was a small company at the time and when they made upgrades they reused what they had and in this instance the case had MK-1 already etched on it. The factory box and the units serial numbers match, and a P was written over the S on one side of the box. Further, the bottom of the unit has a round sticker on it with the letter S crossed out and the letter P written next to it.
The unit is in very good physical condition and operates as it should. Included in the sale are the unit, the original box, original instructions, introduction and a Mitchell A. Cotter brochure that came with the unit.
