Meridian 506 24 Bit CD Player

From the original owner we have the Meridian 506 24 Bit CD player. Not to be confused with the earlier and more common 506 20 bit players, this unit has a superior DAC, more reliable transport, and better sound. The unit came to us in working condition, however, we installed a new tray/drawer belt for preventative maintenance. This 24 bit CD player sounds excellent, and is in perfect working order. 

Physically, the 506 is in very good cosmetic condition with some light scuffs and scratches. However, there are no dents or deep scratches on the unit, and it presents itself very well.  The unit presents itself extremely well. Please see the pictures in the listing for further details. 

When we put the player on the shelf, we put a piece of blue tape over the cd tray to keep it from opening. Accidentally, the tape was put over the lettering, and it removed part "0" in the "506" model number. We updated the second picture in showing the partially missing number.

Included in the sale are the unit, original owner's manual, and an AC cord.

We don't have the original box for the player, however we will package the unit with great care using a heavy duty box, and polyethylene foam. We spare no expense in materials, and spend the time to pack gear properly.
