Krell KSA 50 MKII Class A Amplifier

This classic Krell KSA 50 MKII designed by Dan D'Agostino is in excellent working order, and very good physical condition. From our favorite era of Krell, we acquired the amp from the original owner who had not used it for a number of years. On our bench, we could see how clean the amp was, both inside and out. There were no signs of bulging or leaking caps, or any signs of heat stress to any components. Once powered on, we could see that the left channel speaker relay was not clicking on. We pulled the board, cleaned the relay, and recapped the board. We did the same to the right channel as well. We set the bias and checked the DC offset, and tested the unit again on our bench where it performed as it should. Finally, we ran the unit in our house system for several days. 

Physically the unit is in very good condition. There are no dings or deep scratches, and only minor blemishes. See the pictures for further details. 

The amp will by carefully packed in an oversized, heavy duty box. The unit will be surrounded on all sides with several inches of polyethylene foam to ensure safe travels to its new owner.
