Bryston 4B-SST2 Power Amplifier
For your consideration, we have a fine example of the Bryston 4B-SST2 Power Amplifier. The unit comes from an audiophile who used it to power a pair of Klipsch Forte I speakers. The unit is very clean and in perfect working order. We put the amp through its paces on our bench where it performed flawlessly. We also have been running it in our house system for a week so far, where it sounds fantastic. It is a powerful, clean sounding amp. Physically there are some minor blemishes with some small nicks on some of the heatsinks. The face plate is very clean with minor blemishes as well. The back panel has some light marks as well. There are no dents or deep scratches on the unit, and overall it presents itself extremely well. Please see pictures for further details.
We don't have the original box for this unit, but we take packaging and shipping seriously. We spare no expense and use heavy duty boxes, several inches of polyethylene foam on all sides of the unit, and use water activated, fiber reinforced tape on all seams. This unit will be double boxed with the inner box suspended and cushioned with polyethylene foam corners and extra polyethylene foam between the boxes. Lastly, the outer box will be strapped.

The 4BSST2 is a dual mono design audio power amplifier with two channels of each. Each channel has switch selectable balanced and single ended inputs. Each channel also has switch selectable gains of 29dB(1v) or 23dB(2v). The 4BSST2 includes SoftStart power control circuitry to eliminate high inrush currents when A/C power is applied. The power-up or turn-on of the 4BSST2 may be activated by the push-button power switch on the front panel or via hard wired remote control voltage.
