B&W Bowers & Wilkins Matrix 805 Speakers w/consecutive serial numbers

From our favorite era of B&W, we have a pair of 805 Matrix speakers with consecutive serial numbers, in perfect working order. Whenever these come through our shop, they always end up staying hooked up in one of our systems for at least a few weeks. We took these in, with a center channel, and another pair of 805's. While the following generations of B&W speakers are great as well, we just find these to sound so natural and non fatiguing, and can listen to them all day.

The speakers are in perfect working order, and the drivers and tweeters (see note below on one tweeter) are in very good condition. The cabinets and grills are in very good condition as well, with a small blemish on the side of one cabinet, and some blemishes on the bottoms. See the many pictures for further details.

- One of the tweeters, while in perfect working order, had the front tab that clips the front of the tweeter into its bracket partially break off. (a common issue with these vintage tweeters is the front tab breaking off). The previous owner repaired it, and while if feels to have adhered well, it still does not clip in tight. In the past with this issue, we use a small piece of Blue Tack to hold the tweeters in place. We will include some Blue Tack with the speakers.

We don't have the original boxes for these speakers, but we take packaging and shipping seriously. We spare no expense and use heavy duty boxes, several inches of polyethylene foam on all sides of the units, and use water activated, fiber reinforced tape on all seams.
