The unit has the signature OJAS hammertone finish, and was only available from the OJAS store in New York City. The OTO is in perfect working order and it sounds excellent. Paired with the right efficient speakers, it will make them sing. It does not appear that this Limited Edition amp has ever come up on the used market.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe could not find much information on the amp, and contacted Audio Note to help us out on the specifics. They were extremely helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. The next owner can rest assure that if they need any service, or want to perform any upgrades, Audio Note with their long history is a great company that is passionate about their products and are very responsive to the needs of their customers. The build quality of all Audio Note products are first rate.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis unit was manufactured in September of 2024, and offers many improvements over the previous OTO Phono SE. It has the circuit design improvements such as the improved power supply design, improved output transformer design, and the improved RIAA\/ Phono stage design. These improvements were also used in the current OTO Phono SE 35th Anniversary Edition. HOWEVER, this unit was specified and built BEFORE the introduction of the OTO SE 35th Anniversary Edition, so its component quality is NOT up to the same level.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn addition to the standard features and specification of the OTO Phono SE, this custom OJAS Limited Edition version features a pair of XLR \/ Balanced High Gain Line outputs. These are connected directly to the amplifier's output transformers and can feed any XLR\/ Balanced input, such as a DAW, power amplifier, powered speaker system or powered sub-woofer. These ouputs are controlled by the volume control on the front of the amplifier. These were designed by Audio Note's chief engineer Andy Grove at the request of Devon Turnbull from OJAS, to allow the amplifier to power the active bass modules in OJAS' speaker systems. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe took the amp in on trade from the original owner. The unit uses four EL84 for the power tubes (Tubes V1-V4). All four Sovtek EL84M tubes tested well on our Amplitrex AT1000 tube tester. The tubes will be pulled, boxed, and labeled individually with their tube locations. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe have the original box and packing. We will double box the unit and suspend the inner box within the outer using polyethylene blocks.
