For sale, we have the extremely well built Theta Carmen II CD Transport. The unit came to us in need of work. We serviced the unit and sourced a brand new power supply. The unit is being sold as a CD transport only, as it does not read DVDs. The display is bright, and the original Theta remote is in perfect working order. Physically the player is in very good condition. There are several scratches on the left side of the faceplate, and some light scratches in other places. We tried to show these blemishes in the pictures listed. The unit has no dents, and has never been dropped. The faceplate is made of thick aluminum, as well as the top shroud. If you are looking at this unit we assume you know that it is a transport, and will require an external DAC to listen to CDs.
While we don't have the original box, we take great care is shipping anything we sell. The unit will ship in an oversized heavy duty box. The unit will be wrapped in plastic, and surrounded on all sides with several inches of polyethylene foam. The box will be sealed on all seams with water activated, fiber reinforced tape.
