From Pearl Microphone Labs of Sweden, we have a PML DC-63 microphone for sale.  Vintage and hard to find, this mic comes from a private working studio, and it has been tested and found to be in perfect working order.  This vintage mic is in very good physical condition.  There are some scuffs/blemishes, and a small ding on the top right side of the cage, and the bottom right side of the cage, neither which affects the performance.  It’s a very sensitive mic and sounds crystal clear with a transparent sound.
The Mic comes with the metal case pictured. This mic was purchased new by a friend of ours in 1980 at Harvey Electronics on 45th Street in Manhattan for his personal recording studio. We are selling this and several other pieces on his behalf. Starting in 1982, this mic was sold under the Milab name as the Milab DC-63. More pictures are available upon request.

From Pearl:

In 1972, Pearl introduced the DC-63, a compact multi-pattern microphone based on the rectangular capsule which offered a staggering 44 different combinations of patterns, pads and filters. An updated version with more intuitive switches was presented in 1979

Pearl Microphone Laboratory was the first microphone manufacturer in Sweden, and remains the longest in business. The company was founded in 1941 by Rune Rosander. The company split in 1978, spawning a new firm called Milab (short for Microphone Laboratory) that is run by Rosander’s son. PML is owned and operated by the Pearl company’s former Production Manager, Bernt Malmqvist.
