From Sony's ES line, we have the TA-E77ESD Preamplifier. This was Sony's top of the line preamp when it was released. The build quality of the unit is quite impressive, using only premium components. It has not only the ability to play a multitude of sources, but it also has a great phono preamp section. On our bench, we cleaned all switches and potentiometers, and fully tested the unit, where it performed flawlessly. A sweet sounding preamp, we loved having it on our bench and in our listening room. Comes with a Sony RM-U203 remote control for your convenience. The remote control is in good physical condition, and perfect working condition.
The condition of the unit is very good, with some scuffs and light scratches on the top of the unit. There are some light blemishes on the wood side panels. The faceplate is in very good condition, the only notable sign of wear is on the power button, as some of the writing has rubbed off.
The preamp comes with the original owner's manual and the Sony RM-U203 remote control. We include free shipping to the lower 48 in the United States. The preamp will be packed with great care so it will arrive to the new owner safely. We use heavy duty boxes and and combination of instapak and or polystyrene foam, strapping, and water activated tape.
